This mRNA is synthesized with an optimized Cap1 structure, ensuring efficient translation and enhanced stability in mammalian systems. The incorporation of N1-Methylpseudouridine (m1Ψ) modification improves mRNA stability, reduces innate immune activation, and prolongs protein expression.
