LymphoPrime - peripheral blood lymphocytes culture medium

General information LymhoPrime is a ready-to-use liquid culture medium designed for culturing human peripheral blood lymphocytes, providing excellent quality cells and characteristics for subsequent chromosome analysis. ‎ Component composition and characteristics LymphoPrime consists of RPMI 1640 basal medium supplemented with L-Glutamine, fetal bovine serum, antibiotic and phytohemagglutinin (PHA-M) at a concentration that ensures optimal lymphocyte stimulation and proliferation. LymphoPrime is a ready-to-use environment and does not require the addition of additional supplements. ‎ Shelf life and stability LymphoPrime has a shelf life of 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored at ≤-15°C.
